about this website

This website is built with the intention to merge together all my older personal websites. I won't keep everything, but I'll try and keep what's relevant to keep. Then I'll add stuff, and hopefully I won't have to design a new website for many years.

The tools OMD, MPP, OCaml and Gnu Make are used to generate and glue together some components written in Markdown, HTML, CSS, JS and OCaml. The theme is based on Foundation.

If this website helped you in some positive way, you may send me an email to let me know, I'll be happy to read you. :-)

If there's a typo or something wrong, please do let me know! :-O

If you do something wrong after reading this website, I decline any responsibility.

I try to give correct information only, but mistakes may happen, actually it's impossible to completely avoid them, so please let me know if you've spotted any. Also, for everything I say on this website, if it's an opinion, it's subject to change. Some opinions are less likely to change than some others, like it's not because I prefer blue today that I won't prefer green tomorrow. The only thing that probably won't change is that I do my best to do what's right, however what's right today might become wrong tomorrow. In other words, I might be stubborn on some points in the short term, but in the long term, I'm never stubborn.

This website will mainly contain French, British English and American English. I've spent too much time in the UK not to use some British English. I could choose to write in American English only but I don't feel like making this effort. I apologize for people who don't like the mix of them. I generally care about the difference of those two languages but I just don't want it to be a constraint for this website.

P.S. Then I moved to Canada, so there's gonna be some Canadian English sooner or later. And Canadian English is not the same as American English! Some words are spelled differently (like licence vs license) and some words are just different (in the UK you'll go to the toilet or lavatory, in the US you'll go to the restroom, and in Canada you'll go to the washroom; I find it a bit confusing when you're not used to it).
